工作职责:
1.负责日常呼入、呼出电话业务的处理工作
2.负责客户来电:包括信息咨询、热线咨询、产品咨询及疑难问题的解答工作
3.负责收集客户对于产品的不良事件报告并及时进行上报反馈
4.负责收集客户用药及相关信息,记录客户需求并及时上报反馈
任职资格:
1.能快速熟悉相关产品及产品相关的医学知识,耐心认真,性格开朗,善于与人沟通,工作严谨细致,有责任心,
2.熟练操作office,快速处理报表、文档等
3.具有良好的语言沟通能力及电话客服技巧,接听客户电话时必须使用文明用语,符合项目FAQ及话术流程,提供客户快速,准确及专业的解答和服务需求
4.参与部门的各项培训及考核,提升专业知识及技巧
5.服从直接上级领导的工作安排和管理
