1.TocoordinatewithChineseClienteleofIndegene&communicateefficientlybetweenIndegene(English)&counterpartinChina(Chinese).
2.TranslationofEnglishProjectstoChineselanguage&vice-versa
3.Interpretationofallwritten&telephoniccommunication.
4.Supportteammemberstoliaiseforalltelecommunication&mailsonbehalfofIndegenetoitsChineseclienteleandvice-versa.
5.Achievehighdegreeofclientsatisfactionthroughexecution&deliveryofsmallsize/largesizeprojectsindependently
6.Managecustomerexpectations-responsetimeandattitude.Anticipateclientsidebottlenecksinplanexecutionandproposesolutionstoclientsorproductionteamsinadvancethrougheffectivecommunication.
7.Handlemultipleprojectsindependentlyinthecomingmonths.
8.Managemultifunctionalteamsandbuildaconduciveworkatmosphere
9.Secureassets,conductreviewmeetingsandobtainanddocumentfeedbacktoensuretimelycompletionofprojects

DesiredProfile:

1.Youneedtohave5-8yearsofexperience
2.Experienceinclientservicesorprojectmanagementinthepharmaceuticalorrelatedindustries.
3.Anexperienceofatleast3yearsinaclientfacingrole.
4.Youshouldhaveastrongpeoplemanagementskills
5.Musthavestrongwrittenandoralcommunication/presentationskills
6.Shouldhavepassionfornetworkingandupdatingwiththelatesttechnical/scientificdevelopmentsandrelateittovariousprojects.

Qualification:Science/Pharmacy/MedicalDegree(PG)+/-MBAoranyotherrelatededucation
