岗位职责: Key Responsibility •Design and implement preclinical cancer models (in vitro and in vivo) to selected candidates, evaluate the biological activities and characterize the mechanism of therapeutic leads. •Project managing, design the study and provide guidance to the lab scientists to execute the project; Communicating and delivering the project update and reports to the ******s •Lead a fast-growing team to support drug discovery projects from target validation to drug candidate selection. •Recruit new staffs, provide training and set achievable goals for new employees. 任职要求: Qualifications •Ph.D. degree in cancer biology, pharmacology，immuno-oncology or a related discipline. •Creativity and enthusiasm in developing new technologies; Previous experience in new modalities of cancer therapy is highly desired. •Strong problem solving and analytic skills, able to work independently and communicate and collaborate with various teams. •Effective written and communication skills in Chinese and English. Summarize data and present it to different stakeholders. Write experimental reports in English.
