岗位职责: Job Description The Oncology and immunology unit at WuXi is built to provide a comprehensive open platform for immunological service of preclinical and clinical studies, and to facilitate immunotherapy drug discovery in cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Led by a group of US and European trained immunologists, the team primarily serves ******s’ needs of efficacy and in depth Mechanism of Action (MoA) studies by utilizing our well established cancer immunology platforms, immunological animal models and biomarker detection services. Location Shanghai / Qidong, China Key Responsibility •To lead a team of biologists, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement. •To maintain and expand customer base globally. Promote platform service through collaboration with business development and marketing teams. •To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in ****** service as well as capability buildup. •Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external ******s. •Provide scientific support to BDs and ******s and deal with inquiries on WuXi Biology in vitro capabilities and data packs, working closely with the global team. 任职要求: Qualifications •PhD in biological sciences, with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience. •A strong publication record in oncology and immunology, molecular and cell biology research. Demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution in industrial setting. •Expertise in ex-vivo and in vitro assays, such as cell activation, differentiation, cytotoxicity, and suppression assays •Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese •Capable of working with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to deliver strong business growth •Strong leadership and people management skill in industrial setting Preferred qualifications: •Overseas education and working experience •Experience in big CRO companies is a pl**
