Task:
Position: Major Tasks
Quality Management
- Responsible for finalizing testing and maintain all BCP scenarios
including oversee BCP specialist’s task in implementation of BCP
scenarios
- Development and maintenance of Physical and IT security plan
- Oversee the process of ICS including reviewing BayProcess and
SharePoint
- Point of contact for authorization topic between local organization
and global office
- Close monitor KPIs and strive for continuous improvement
- Drive knowledge management to become part of mindset and integral way
of working including tools and proposing new initiative to increase the
overall knowledge of the local organization
- Responsible for BEAM LSO topic for local organization
- Planning, coordination and surveillance of ISO 9001:2008 related
audits (e.g. management review, certification audits and internal
audits)
- Cross-SSO steering of possible compliance activities in payments
including but not limited to the topics covered in group regulation
2004, 1775/2059 and 1910
- Supporting the SDM and TL in the communication in the compliance
processes and in special topics
- Part of international roll-out compliance projects (e.g. Integrated
Compliance Management)
- Creation of the annual Corporate Compliance report for Management and
the Compliance community
-Leading the central filing team and performance process improvement for sorting, filing and archiving


Requirement:

Education:
? A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.
Skills/experiences
? Above 5 years accounting experience is requested and SSC related
experience will be a plus
? Good IT knowledge, especially FA related SAP modules, and Bayer
internal tools/systems
? Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
? Stress handling be able to work under pressure
? Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
