PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
- Field process delivery, execution & monitoring
- Document management ( Job Sheet, FCO, HOAC): track with FSE to make sure documents submitted on time and keep well.
- Reimbursement support: record and get sufficient approval on different type of reimbursement in field
- Support field people on check in/out process, working tools application, training support, EHS support
- Be the owner of CS portal maintenance
- Organize team meeting and outing, provide other administrative support as assigned
- Other tasks assigned by team & company

MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战
- Need understand the CS operation process well and provide necessary guidance to field people
- Deal with multi tasks and know how to prioritize
- Like to communicate with colleagues and be supportive
- Understand business report

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历:
·University degree education background major in Math, Engineer, Business Administration, Accounting and Economy;
·English CET4+

b) Experience工作经验:
·2 years of work experience in a fast paced technology industry
·At least 1 years of customer service experience
·Good communications skills
