Responsibilities
1.Overallchargeofthecompany'smanagement,developmentandimplementationofthecompany’sstrategy,businessmodel,meansofprofitandbudgetsystem;developmentandimplementationofannualperformanceobjectivesandoverallmarketingplanningprogramstoachievetheobjectivesofcompany’smanagement.
2.Establishmentofcompany’sorganizationalsystemandbusinesssystem;beresponsiblefortheestablishmentofanefficientcollaborativemanagementteam;beresponsiblefortrainingandselectionofseniormanagementpersonnel;determinationofthedesignplansofthecompany'sinternalmanagementstructureandthebasicmanagementsystem.
3.Developmentofcustomersandexplorationofbusinessopportunitiestoachievetheintendedbusinessgoalofthecompanyandtherapidgrowthofthereturnoninvestment
4.Real-timemonitoringthewholeprocessofbusinessoperation,andberesponsiblefortheresultofoperation
5.Organizationandimplementationoffinancialbudgetplan;establishmentofscientificfinancialmanagementsystemandhavingsuggestionsonprofitdistributionandprofituseplan.
6.Optimizationofcompany'shumanresourcesandenhancementofcompany'soverallorganization,workefficiency,andteamcooperation
7.Takingprimaryresponsibilityformajordecisionsofthecompany’soperationandmanagementandmajorprojects.

Qualification
1.Seniormanagementexperienceformorethan8yearsinMedium-sizedenterprises;over2-yearpresidentexperienceintheprivate,corporateenterprisesormultinationalcompanies.
2.Goodforesightandhigh-enddecision-makingcapacity.
3.Familiarwithworkflowmanagement,businessoperationandworkflowofalldepartments.
4.Strongabilityoforganization,coordination,communicationandleadershipandkeeninsight.
5.Outstandingpersonalandcommercialachievements,especiallycapabilitiesinsales,marketingandoperationalmanagement.
6.Extensivepersonalconnections;befamiliarwithcompanyfinancingandcapitaloperation.
7.Overseasworkexperienceispreferred;befamiliarwiththeoperationprocedureofanoverseascompanyandcertaincommunicationskillsofEnglish.
