岗位职责：
1、协助总经理处理日常事务，对外联络及内部管理工作；

2、负责总经理交办事物的督办、协调、落实；

3、参加商务谈判和负责接待来宾来访；

4、推进公司企业文化的建设工作；

5、处理企业大客户，集团客户，政府部门及外府项目的商务运行及客户关系管理；

6、处理总经理所交各种事项，负责总经理高端商务管理；

7、负责涉及总经理相关的媒体管理与运营。



任职要求：(请在简历中附近期照片)
1、26岁以上，大学本科以上学历，英语4级以上，有总裁助理秘书工作经验者优先；

2、形象气质佳，口头表达流利，思维敏捷清晰，较强的文字表达能力和组织协调能力；

3、熟练操作各种办公软件，沟通能力和协调能力强，并具有独立处理问题并做出果断决定的能力；

4、熟悉商务、社交礼仪，具有良好的亲和力；

5、高度的责任心和团队意识；

6、能适应外地出差与商务工作。
