岗位职责：
1、负责中心日常行政事务管理，如办公用品领用、公章管理；
2、负责中心项目合同、文档归档、整理；
3、负责中心各类报表的合并、核算、上报；
4、负责中心与各部门的沟通、协调；
5、负责中心客户接待，安排会议，进行会议纪要及会议资料整理；
6、负责配合中心领导完成其它工作。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，文秘、办公自动化、行政管理等相关专业；
2、文字表达能力强，能熟练编制通知、请示、报告等文件；
3、具有文件、档案管理经验，能够熟练使用各类办公自动化设备及计算机常用软件；
4、具备良好的分析思维能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
