oEngagemanagersbycreatingandfacilitatingmanagementtraininganddevelopmentprograms.
oSupportsrecruitment,interviewmanagement,candidatecontactingandappointmentletterpreparation.
oAdministerandensurecomplianceforHRpolicies.
oEnsureJD,CV,Trainingrecordsareupdatedontimeandfiledappropriately.
oOverseestheHRdatabaseandresponsibleforeffectivelyrecording,maintainingandreportinghumanresourceinformation.
oEnsureshumanresourcefilesandrecordsaremaintainedinaccordancewithlegalrequirementsandCompanypoliciesandprocedures.
oMaintainsthecontractrenewalsindatabase.
oProvideinformationforemployeecontractrenewalsandconfirmation.
oCoordinatenewhireonboardingpaperandprocedures,conductsorientationandbriefing.
oHandleemployees’residencypermit.
oUpdateandmaintainsleaverecordsandreplacementtime-offrecordsfordepartmentmanagers.
oHandleoverseasvisaapplication.
oMaintainandreconcileemployees’attendancejobandattendancerelatedreportforEPSICN.
oComputemonthlymealallowancesandexpenseapplicationandcardadministration.
oAdministeremployee’smedicalsupplements.
oAttendsandparticipatesinmeetingsasrequired.
oAssistoperationstoprovidedatainformation.
oAssisttoprovidetrainingsupportandmaintaintrainingrecords.
oAssistindailyHRworkandmaintaineffectivecommunication,coordinationandworkingrelations.
oHandleTeambuildingactivities,allwelfareactivitiesforallEPSI.(DevelopActivityCalendarandberesponsiblefortheimplementation.egbirthdaycelebration,gifts,festivalgiftsandcompanyparty.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

oDiplomaorDegreefromarecognizedinstitutions,and/orequivalentcombinationoftrainingandexperience.
oMinimum4yearsofexperienceinHR.
oGoodcoordinationskillsandabilitytoestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithalllevelswithinthecompanyandthirdparties.
oEffectivetimemanagementandgoodabilitytomanagecompetingpriorities.
oGoodcommunicationskillsandmustbefluentinbothwrittenandspokenEnglish.
oGoodteamplayerwithexcellentinterpersonalandorganizationalskills.
oHighintegrityinpersonalityandprofessionalism.
