PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES:
TherolesupportsHeadofStrategy&OperationsinmaintainingoversightoftheJCRDbusinessoperationsandensuringefficiencyandcomplianceoftheoperation.TherolealsochampionscontinuousprocessimprovementinlinewithJRDprocesses.
·SupportsHeadofStrategy&Operations,functionleadswithinthedepartmentinprocessoptimization&improvementforJCRD
·WorksincollaborationwithfunctionswithinStrategy&Operationsaswellaskeybusinesspartners(Finance,Legal,HCC,HR,ProcurementandIT)todevelopandmanagelocalproceduralprocess(includingpolicies,standardoperatingprocedures,workinstructions,guidelines,andforms/templates)forJCRD
·Contributestothedevelopmentandrefinementofkeybusinesspartnergeneralprocesses(forJCRD/broaderChinaR&DandMedicalAffairs)basedonthebusinessneedsandrequirements
·SupportsBusinessPlanning&DecisionSupportfunctionandincollaborationwithfunctionaladministratorindevelopingadministrativeprocessforJCRD
·AssistsinthedevelopmentandmanagementofJCRDprocessdocumentationaswellasthematerialsforprocesstraining
·Workwithsystemsandprocessownerstoidentifysuper-usersandmaintainarepositoryofsuper-userlists;ensuresuper-usersareadequatelytrainedandqualifiedtoperformtheirroles
·IncollaborationwithQualityManagementandR&DScientifictraining,HRandfunctionaladministrators,maintainsmasterlistofJCRDdistributionlistsandemployeelistfortrainingpurpose
·SupportBusinessPlanning&DecisionSupportandincollaborationwithfunctionalleadorrepresentativetodevelopandtrackfunction-specificmetrics,dataanalysisandconsolidationforprocessoptimizationandimprovement;developannualself-auditplanwithkeymetricstoensurecompliancetoJnJandJCRDpolicies&processes

EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE&SKILLREQUIREMENTS:
·EducationLevel:University/BachelorDegreeorEquivalentYearsof·Experience:Minimum3yearsofexperienceininternalaudit,internalcontrolreviewinmultinationalcompany.ExperienceinpharmaceuticalindustrybackgroundispreferredRequiredskills:
