?Leadthefranchiseteamtoworkwithadvertisingandmediaagenciesonthedevelopmentofcommunicationplatform,mediaplacementandmanagethemosteffectiveandcreativeuseofmediabudget.
?Workwithresearchagencyonresearchprojectthatprovidesconsumerinsights.
?Leadanddevelopsubordinatestosupportorganizationalandbusinessgrowth.
?Ensureregulatoryclearanceanproductadvertisingpricingandreimbursement.
?Developnewproductstrategy,launchplanandtakeresponsibilityforexecution.
?Beindutyboundtotransferringthereceivedcomplainttothedesignateddepartmentaccordingtocompanycomplainthandlingproceduretimely.
?ComplywiththerulesandregulationsofcompanyandHCC.
Qualifications:
?Minimum4-5yearsproductmanagementexperienceswithP&Lresponsibility.
?1-2yearsexperienceinsupervisionofmarketingpersonnel.
?Preferablywith1-2yearsfieldsalesexperience.
?GoodunderstandinginproductmanagementofOTCand/orFMCGbusiness.
?GoodspokenandwrittenEnglish.
?BachelordegreefromareputableUniversity.MBAispreferred.
