SeniorAnalyst–XianSiteFinance

TheSeniorFinancialAnalystwillprovidefinancialleadershipandguidancetocostandinventorymanagement,workwithfinancemanagertoprovideoverallfinancialmanagementinXiansite.Ensurethatthesitespendingisappropriatelycontrolledfromafinanceandcomplianceperspective.ThisroleneedstodevelopandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithsupplychainbusinesspartnerssuchasXiansiteGMandfunctionalleaders,TLCPlatformfinanceteamandcommercialfinanceteametc.

Thispositionwillbereportingtothefinancemanager,JanssenChina.TheabovepositionwillbebasedinXian.

SpecificResponsibilities:
?Ensureappropriatesitespendingcontrolsareinplacetodeliversitefinancialcommitments
?Supportthefinancialplanningandanalysis,creatingandmanagingawell-definedfinancialplanning
?ProvideBVAtransparencytoseniormanagement,trackingprocessimprovementsandrelatedresults,provideanalyticsandinsightsforsitecostcompetitiveness
?Ensureaccurateaccountingtreatmentincostandinventoryaccountingandallcomplianceprocessesareinplace
?WorkwithfinancemanagertoprovideanalysisandreportingsupportinXiansiterelocationprojectmanagement
?MaintaineffectivecommunicationandcollaborationwithsupplychainandcommercialFinanceteams
?PerformotherPlatform,Siteprojectsanddutiesasrequired

Qualifications
?AminimumofaBachelor’sdegreeisrequired,preferablywithamajorinAccounting,EconomicsorFinance.Master’s/MBAdegreepreferred.ACPA,CMAorotherfinancialcertificationsarepreferred.
?Minimum3yearsoffinanceexperienceinmanufacturingfield
?AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskillsrequired.ExperiencewithERPsystems(i.e.SAP)preferred
?Theabilitytopartnerwithassociatesatalllevelsoftheorganization
?Strongcommunication,presentation,interpersonal,negotiatingandinfluencingskills.
?GoodcommandofEnglishinwritingandspeaking
?Highlymotivatedindividualwithstronganalyticalskills,intellectualcuriosityandleadershipskills,workindependently
