KeyJobResponsibilities:

?Achieves/exceedstheassignedrevenueandgrowthgoalsinlarge,complexaccounts.
?Developsstrategyforexpandingscopeofexistingglobalaccountsandidentifyingnewbusinessopportunities.
?Developsrelationshipswithkeyexecutivesanddecisionmakerswithinassignedaccounts.
?Managestheoverallrelationshiptoensureahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction.
?CoordinatestheinvolvementofiVHservicelinesinactivelypromotingthefulliVHportfolioofproductsandservicesincludingtraining,recruiting,communicationsandanalyticstoanticipateandmeetclientneeds.
?Coordinatewithservicelinesindevelopingandsubmittingproposalstoclients.
?Developsandexecutesaccountplan(s)andmonitorsprogress.
?AdjustsplanaccordinglytoconsideriVHnewproduct/serviceofferings,aswellassignificantchangestobusinessconditions.
?Representsthecompanytotheclientandtheclienttothecompanyinallsalesrelatedactivities.


JobQualifications:
?BS/BArequiredwithmorethan5yearsrelevanthealthcareindustrysalesoraccountmanagementexperience.
?Extensiveknowledgeofhealthcarecommercialandcommunicationproducts,customeraccountmanagement,andpharmaceuticalindustryispreferred.
?Consultativesellingskillsand/ormanagingconsultingengagementsareakeyrequirement.
?Problemsolving,negotiation,planning,relationshipbuilding,presentation,andwrittenandoralcommunicationskillsareessential.Abletosetvisionanddirection.Abletoinfluenceoutcomes.Requiresteam-orientation.
