-Pushsalesteamfromfunction-orientedtosales-force-orientedandfinallytobetheconsultantofsalesteam.
-Designingandimplementsalestrainingprogram&Delivertheyearlysalestrainingplanathighquality
-SupportinsettinguptheSandozsalesteamtrainingsystem
-DeliveringtrainingcourseatRegion
-EnsuretheSandozMRPromotionprocessarewellprocessedandfollowedupbyhalfyear
-Controlandconstruesalesforcetrainingbudget
-DesignandOrganizethetrainingprogramsinAnnualmeetingandcyclemeeting,ensurethewellimplementationandresultfollowup

**Requirements:
-Bachelordegreeorabove
-Atleast5years’experienceinpharmaceutical,biotechorrelatedsales/salesmanagementexperience.
-Atleast2years’experienceinasalestrainingpositionispreferred
-Businessacumen,Knowshowbusinesseswork;knowledgeableincurrentandpossiblefuturepolicies,practices,trends,technology,andinformationaffectinghis/herbusinessandorganization;knowsthecompetition;isawareofhowstrategiesandtacticsworkinthemarketplace;coachMRorfirstlinemanagerinbusinessmanagement.
-MotivatingOthers,Createsaclimateinwhichpeoplewanttodotheirbest;canmotivatemanykindsofdirectreportsandteamorprojectmembers;canassesseachperson'shotbuttonanduseittogetthebestoutofhim/her;pushestasksanddecisionsdown;empowersothers;invitesinputfromeachpersonandsharesownershipandvisibility;makeseachindividualfeelhis/herworkisimportant;issomeonepeoplelikeworkingforandwith.
-FacilitateSkills,Iseffectiveinavarietyofformalpresentationsettings:one-on-one,smallandlargegroups,withpeers,directreports,andbosses;iseffectivebothinsideandoutsidetheorganization,onbothcooldataandhotandcontroversialtopics;commandsattentionandcanmanagegroupprocessduringthepresentation;canchangetacticsmidstreamwhensomethingisn'tworking.
-CustomerFocus.Isdedicatedtomeetingtheexpectationsandrequirementsofinternalandexternalcustomers;getsfirst-handcustomerinformationandusesitforimprovementsinproductsandservices;actswithcustomersinmind;establishesandmaintainseffectiverelationshipswithcustomersandgainstheirtrustandrespect.
