FinanceassociateisresponsibleforensuringBank&fixedassettransactionsareproperlyreconciledforallcountriesservicedbycompany.Theindividualwillperformmonth-endreconciliationsandjournalizationforallbankingandFixedassettranscations.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.BankReconciliationaccountingincluding:
·JPMdailybankstatementinterfacecheckfromSAP;
·Citibankorotherlocalbankstatementdownloadfrominternetweekly;
·Fewlocalbankstatementfaxfrombankorcontactwithmarketorbanktogetthehardcopymonthly;
·Unreconciledtransactionsfollowupandagingtrack
·Journalizationforallbankingtransactions
·Performmonth-endbankreconciliationstatementandreviewwithmarketbeforeTBsubmission
·MonthlyBalanceSheetAccountreconciliation
Fixedassetanalystwillresponsibleforbelowtasks:
？Maintainallthefixedassetsubledgerformarketsinscope
？PerformmonthendclosingmonthlyreconciliationofFA&CIP
？Unreconciledtransactionsfollowupandagingtrack
？Provideauditdocumentationandanswerinquiryfromauditandmarket
？Continueimproveinscopeprocess
2.Ad-hocissueresolutionbyinvestigatinginSAPorotherERPsystem;
