Summary
ExperiencedScientisttoconductmetaboliteidentificationandprofilingstudiesininvitro-systems(livermicrosomes,S9,plasma,hepatocytes,etc.)andinvivo-systems(mice,rats,dogs,monkeys,human,etc.).
Experienceinareasofmetaboliteidentification,massspectrometryandspectralinterpretationisessential.Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskillsareexpected.

KEYACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1.DevelopLC-UV-MSbioanalyticalmethodsformetaboliteidentificationandsemi-quantitativeanalysisofmetaboliteswithoutreferencestandardsinmultiplematrices
2.Conductidentification,characterizationandisolationofdrugmetabolitesfromlivermicrosomes,S9fraction,hepatocytes,plasma,urine,bileandtissues.
3.Conductmetaboliteprofilingandidentificationstudiesonradio-labelingandnon-labelingcompounds
4.Generatestudyprotocols,reportsfordrugmetabolismstudies.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.ABachelororMaster’sdegreeinchemistry,pharmaceuticalscienceandotherrelatedareaswith0-3years'relevantexperience
2.Workingknowledgeinbioanalytical,enzymology,drugmetabolism,andpharmacokineticswithspectralinterpretationandstructuralelucidationskills
3.Hands-onexperienceininstrumentationofion-trapLC-MS/MS/UVandhighresolutionLC-MS/MS/UV
4.Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills
5.GoodEnglishwritingabilityisplus
