JobSummary:
1.Toberesponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofoperationsoftheclinic
2.Tosuperviseanddevelopclinicstaffinordertoensureexcellentservicetopatientsandeffectiveimplementationofclinicworkprocesses
3.Planning,coordinating,directingandevaluatingtheclinic/center'soperationalprocessesandprocedures
4.Assuringthecostefficientandeffectivemanagementofthecenter,deliveringprofessionalandqualitypatientcareservices
5.EnsuringcorporatemessagesincludingMKTpromotionsandplansaredeliveredandexecutedinthecenter
6.Managingworkperformanceofsupportstaffinclinic/centerincludingtraining,staffdevelopment,workdistribution,performanceappraisals,workschedulesandcommendationofdisciplinaryprocedures
7.Insuringclinic/center'sequipmentareadequate,wellmaintainedandingoodworkingorderandstocksofsuppliesatalltimes
8.Promptlyidentifyingandresolvingalloperationalissuesandconcernsregardingpatient-staffcommunications,services,environment,facilities,equipmentetc.
9.Insuring/supervisingallactivitiesduringspecialevents,publiceventsandtreatmentofVIPpatientsinaccordancetoprotocols.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelordegreeinbusiness,healthcareadministration,nursing,alliedhealthorrelatedfieldwithmeaningfulsupervisoryexperience
2.Atleast5yearsexperienceinahealthcare/clinicandoverseasexperienceishighlypreferred
3.Demonstratedbusinessacumen,outstandinginterpersonalandcommunicationsskills
4.Provenexperienceinacustomer-serviceenvironment
5.Goodorganizationskills,takeinitiativeandself-motivatedtosucceed
6.Showscompassion,andabletomakewisedecisionswhichbalancetherelevantissuesand/orconflicts
