Anticipatesrisksanddevisescontingencyplanstomanagethem.
Managessalespromotional&marketdevelopmentactivity.
Prepare&submitalltherequiredreportsontimelybasis.

Abilitytoworksuccessfullyinadynamicorganization;abletoworkindependentlyandaccomplishtheoverallgoalsofthestrategictargetmarketsandthesalesorganization

Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,deliverseffectivepresentationskillsandiscomfortableandexperiencedspeakinginfrontofagroup.

Successfullyconductuserspecificproducttraining&promotionalactivity.

CandidateshouldhaveMarket/IndustryknowledgefortheMicrobiology,CellCulture&MolecularBiologyetc.

Maintainshighlevelofproductexpertise,includingtechnicalandapplicationknowledge.

Post-GraduateorBachelor'sdegreein(preferablyMicrobiology/biotechnology).Sciencegraduatesmayalsobeconsiderediftheyhaverequisiteexperience.

Shouldhaveexperienceofaround2~3+yearsrelevantindustryexperiences

Candidateshouldbereadyforextensivetravellingintheassignedterritory.
