QualificationsandSkills

Bachelor’sdegreeinaccountingorfinancerequired;master’sdegreepreferred.
CPAorCMAcertificationpreferred.
7-10yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperiencewithminimumof5yearsinleadershiprole.
Abilitytomakedecisionsandtakeinitiativeintheabsenceofperfectinformation.
Abilitytobuildtrustandgainsupportofpersonnelacrosstheglobalorganization.
ExperiencereportingtosupervisorintheU.S.
Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
FluentinbothChineseandEnglish.
