职责描述：
1.熟练掌握细胞培养以及化合物的细胞毒性IC50测定实验
2.熟练掌握过相关酶学，受体配体结合等实验原理和操作方法
3.熟悉相关的激酶活性的检测方法（如TR-FRET,同位素,荧光素等）和，具备相关检测分析仪器的使用经验者将优先考虑
4.熟悉常规细胞信号通路，具备westernbolt,ELISA,细胞转染等基本操作技能
5.能够解析酶与小分子化合物的相互作用，并阐述药物作用机制研究将优先考虑。
