岗位职责：
1、根据医院经营目标分解的个人销售目标，通过客户开发、挖潜、完善服务等方式，配合促销计划努力达成个人销售目标；
2、按照医院服务礼仪规范要求，热情、诚恳接待客户，以专业的知识、良好的沟通技巧为客户解疑并向客户推介医院服务项目；
3、与其它科室咨询师合作，深度开发客户消费潜力；
4、负责引导老客户推荐新客户，开发客户关系资源；
5、协助客户办理各项手续及准备工作，如交费、领药、术前准备等；
6、负责定期或不定期回访客户，了解客户对医院服务的满意度、治疗效果和服务需求，维护良好的客情关系；
7、负责客户资料管理：收集、记录来访客户资料信息；
8、做好客户信息资料的保密工作，尊重客户的隐私权；
9、负责完成每天的工作业绩统计，顾客相关信息录入客户管理系统；
10、负责工作区域的清洁：保持工作区域的干净、整洁，做好物品的定置定位；


任职资格：
1、学历要求：大专或以上学历；
2、专业要求：临床医学，护理等相关专业；
3、专业资格要求：有执业助理医师或以上资格，护士资格；
4、工作经历要求（含专业经历）：2年以上医学临床，护理或营销工作经验，同时具备医学和营销经验尤佳；
5、身体要求：身高163cm以上,身体健康、形象气质佳。
