PerformavarietyoftechnicalproceduresincludingthedevelopmentoflargemoleculePKandADAassays,Immunoassays,andneutralizingcell-basedassaysasteammemberorfunctioningastheprojectleader.Responsibleformakingandrecordingexperimentalobservations,dataanalysisandpeerreviewofdata.PerformassaysinaGLPcompliantmannerandestablishedtestprocedures.Preparelabreagents,participateinmaintaininglabequipmentandsamples,andsupportlabsafety.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?DevelopmentoflargemoleculePK,ADA,andneutralizingcell-basedassayswithminimalassistance,asteammemberorprojectleader.
?PerformELISA,MSD,andLuminexbasedassays,andotherimmunoassaytechniques.
?Performanalysisofimmunoassaysusingsoftmaxprosoftware.
?LearnandperformrequiredlaboratorytechniquesusingnovelandestablishedprotocolsandStandardOperationProceduresactingasteammemberunderthedirectionofprojectleaderorinroleofprojectleader.
?Responsibleforproductionandmaintenanceofcelllinesandcell/tissuecultureincellularimmunologylab.
?Mayactasprojectmanagerdependingonexperience.
?Performdataanalysis,uploadrundata/resultstoWatsonLIMSsystemasneeded.
?Responsibleforthepreparationofstockandworkingsolutions/standardsandQCsamplesasneeded.
?Responsibleforthedocumentationofallprojectworkinappropriatelaboratorynotebooks.
?Prepareandreviewrunbinders,notebooksandotherproject-relateddocumentation.Preparestudyworksheetsandmethodsasprojectleaderorteammemberasneeded.
?InitiatechangesinStandardOperatingProcedureformodificationsofexistingprocessesorpreparationofnewprocedures.
?Abilitytoworkaflexiblescheduleandadaptefficientlytoprogramchanges.
?Productionofqualitydataanddocumentation.
?Orderandstocklaboratorysuppliesifneeded.
?Maintenanceoflaboratoryinstrumentationandsystemsasrequired.
?Monitorlaboratorysystemsasneeded.

?Abilitytomaintainclearandefficientmethoddevelopmentdocumentation.

MINIMUMREQUIREDEDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE
Bachelor’sDegreeinBiology,Biochemistry,orrelatedfieldwith3years’progressivelyresponsiblerelatedexperienceinCROlaboratoriesorPharmaceuticallaboratories;orequivalentcombinationofeducation,trainingandexperienceinalaboratoryenvironment.
