RESPONSIBILITY:
Developstart-upplansincludingbutnotlimitedtoaprogram/projectmonitoringandcommunicationplanincludingtrackingofmilestonesandtimelines,riskmanagementandactionlogs.Leadproblemsolvingandresolutioneffortsinatimely,customerfocusedmanner.
ServeasaliaisonbetweenSponsorandQLABprojectteams.
Participateinproposaldevelopmentprocess,aswellas,leadbiddefensepresentationsinpartnershipwithBusinessDevelopmentandSeniorProjectServices/OperationalClientLeadstaff.Performthetechnicalreviewatprogram/projectinitiationandprovideinputintoprojectproposalsaswellasleaddiscussionsaroundbudgetimplicationsandchanges.
Leadinthedevelopmentofsponsorspecificstandardsandprogram-specificprocedures.
Collaboratewithotherfunctionalgroupswithinthecompanywherenecessarytosupportmilestoneachievementandtomanagestudyissuesandobstacles.
Leadintheidentificationandresolutionofservicelevelissuesandwhereissuesaffectotherprojectswithinandacrossprogramstoensurethatanysolutionisemployeduniversally.Developproactivecontingencyplanstomitigatelaboratoryrisk.
Ensurelessonslearnedareconsidered,sharedandimprovementsincludedinstudydesignprocess.Overseethewritingofprotocol-specificlaboratoryinstructionmanuals/participateinthepreparationandmaintenanceofthelaboratoryspecificationsdocumentforeachprotocolwithinaprogramasappropriate.
Asrequired,prepareandpresentstudy-specificmaterialsandservicesatInvestigator,Kick-offandBidDefensemeetings.Provideadditionaltrainingtosponsor,CRO,andsitepersonnelasrequired(telephonetraining,attendanceatCRAtrainingmeetings,siterefreshermeetings,etc.).Participateinexternalandinternalauditsasrequired.
Direct,mentorandassistintrainingoflessexperiencedProjectServicesstaff.Mentoringmayincludestaffassignedtomanageprojectsforthespecificclientorwithintheprogram.Reportonteamperformanceagainstcontract,customerexpectations,andprojectbaselinestomanagement.
REQUIREDKNOWLEDGE,SKILLSANDABILITIES
PossessstronginterpersonalskillsforinteractionwithseniormemberswithinsponsororganizationsDemonstratedabilitytomeetdeadlines.DemonstratedcomputerproficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeandQuintilesLIMSsystem..Possessanunderstandingofmedicalandclinicalresearchterminology.Demonstratedabilitytoworkinafast-paced,highstressenvironment.KnowledgeofProjectManagementprocessesandterminology.PreviousknowledgeofQuintilesLaboratoriesprocessesandcomputersystemsishighlydesired.GoodorganizationalandoperationalskillsGoodaccuracyandattentiontodetailskillsStrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsincludinggoodcommandofEnglishlanguageAbilitytoestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithcoworkers,managersandclients

Bachelor'sdegreeinsciencerelatedfieldandminimum3yearsofclinicalorresearchindustryexperience,including1yearprojectmanagementexperience;orequivalentcombinationofeducation,trainingandexperience
