职位描述

此岗位只限在美国纽约工作，需要应聘者认同公司文化，能够在公司接受培训一年左右，逐渐上岗。
岗位职责：
1.Build relationships and partnerships with third parties who are using any of our services or technologies to maximize commercial opportunities;
2.Identify opportunities for strategic relationships with academic and commercial organizations to become their primary service and technology provider;
3.Technology and service evaluation on an “as needs” basis.
4.Disseminate and facilitate information flow/exchange among departments and between the client and company;
5.Assist with training of team members as appropriate;
6.Perform other duties as required.

任职要求：
1.PhD with major in biological sciences, organic chemistry;
2.Ability to work under limited supervision and to handle problems of a more difficult nature;
3.Ability to interpret written instructions and to write formal letters and routine correspondence;
4.Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate detailed information through verbal and written communication;
5.Ability to prioritize tasks in fast paced work environment;
6.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills;
7.Ability to build rapport with internal co-workers and clients in such a way so as to maximize quality of client service;
8.Good written and oral English skills.
