a. Design synthetic route based on the desired Payload-linker target molecules using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Strong ability on designing the efficient and convergent synthetic route. Skilled in literature searching about ADC Payload-linkers;
b. Familiarity with various payloads such as BCL-XL payloads, Auristatins, TLR7 Payloads, Steroid payloads, TLR8 payloads, TLR7/8 payloads, Sting payloads, Durocarmyclin analogues, Camptothecin analogues, Adriamycin analogues, etc. Be familiar with various linkers and the reaction types used for ADC Payload-linker synthesis.
c. Strong ability on the purification methods used for ADC Payload-linker purification. Strong trouble shooting ability on project: synthesis reactions, purification, characterization, etc.
d. Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor regularly.
e. 50% time on the bench for trouble shooting, 50% time on team management
任职要求
Bachelor. degree in organic chemistry, or related major, with more than 2 years of experience on ADC Payload-linker synthesis;
