团队管理经验欧洲非洲俄罗斯北美南美东南亚跨境电商运营海外社交媒体投放医疗设备/器械/耗材 岗位职责:
1. 渠道开发与管理:负责超声刀等产品在海外目标市场的渠道拓展,包括经销商、代理商、医疗机构合作伙伴的挖掘、洽谈与签约;
2. 销售目标达成:根据公司整体销售战略,制定并完成海外区域销售计划与业绩目标。通过市场分析、需求挖掘、订单跟进等流程,确保销售指标、回款目标顺利完成。
3. 结合海外市场调研结果优化产品推广策略、渠道布局及定价方案,提升产品在海外市场的竞争力。
4. 客户关系维护:为客户提供专业的产品咨询、方案演示、技术支持等服务;提升客户满意度与复购率。
5. 跨部门协同:与研发团队紧密配合,推进市场准入。推进产品在海外的适配与落地;
6.支持国际展会、学术会议、客户拜访等市场活动;
Job description:
Develop and implement comprehensive oversea sales strategies to drive revenue growth by utilizing a consultative sales approach.
Meet Financial targets in high-value consumables and adherence to global distributor management.
Customer support in training, orderfulfillment and after-sales.
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions to global customers.
Expand global customers by international medical exhibition fairs.
任职要求:
1. 具备3年以上国际医疗设备/耗材渠道销售经验。外科产品(超声刀、电外科产品)市场与销售从业经历最佳。
2. 本科以上学历,医学,检验,生物或国际贸易等相关专业。
3. 语言与能力:英文听说读写流利,可作为工作语言(能独立对接海外客户、撰写英文邮件/合同、参加国际展会/视频会议);
4. 具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通表达能力。有海外留学或国际销售经验。
5. 有驾照,适应多国家,多文化背景下的工作与出差。
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years of sales experience in high-value consumables across regions.
Strong ability in global customer development and market insight, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure. Skilled in resource integration and cross-departmental collaboration.
Integrity,reliability,strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to travel for business, with drive license as required.
Language: Fluent in English with business-level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of conducting business negotiations and client communications independently.
