SIRNA 岗位职责: 1. Lead and drive siRNA discovery programs from target selection to lead optimization and candidate nomination. 2. Design, screen, and optimize siRNA sequences, chemical modifications, and delivery strategies (GalNAc, AOC, and extrahepatic targeting). 3. Supervise in vitro / in vivo pharmacology studies, including target silencing, off‑target assessment, and efficacy in disease models. 4. Manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists and collaborate closely with CMC, toxicology, and clinical development functions. 5. Contribute to IND‑enabling documentation, regulatory interactions, and strategic pipeline planning. 任职要求: 1. PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a closely related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of post‑doctoral industry experience in siRNA drug discovery, with a proven track record of advancing siRNA candidates to develop. 3. Deep expertise in RNAi mechanisms, siRNA design, chemical modification (e.g., stability, specificity), and delivery systems (GalNAc，AOC). 4. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring scientists and managing external collaborations. 5. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); ability to author regulatory documents and present to senior leadership.
