阿里巴巴国际站Amazon环球资源英语欧美区域东南亚区域生物/制药化学原料/化学制品 岗位职责 1. 海外客户开发 通过展会、B2B平台(Alibaba、Made-in-China)、LinkedIn、邮件开发等渠道拓展海外客户
目标客户类型:海外化妆品/膳食补充剂工厂、OEM、原料分销商、品牌方研发采购
完成月度/季度/年度出口销售目标
2. 贸易端渠道建设 开发海外区域代理、国家代理、行业贸易商
协助代理进行本地化推广(提供COA、MSDS、技术包、样品)
维护代理价格体系与市场秩序
3. 出口全流程管理 负责报价、PI、LC审核、报关、清关、国际物流协调
处理出口单证(提单、原产地证、健康证、检测报告等)
控制汇率风险与贸易条款风险
4. 供应链协同(应对原料不足) 当自有产能不足时,协同采购部门筛选符合出口标准的外购原料
确保外购原料符合目的国法规(如欧盟EC、美国FDA、东盟等)
配合品控出具中英文第三方检测报告
5. 国际口碑与合规 收集海外竞品信息、国际原料趋势、法规更新(如禁限用清单)
协助公司完成海外客户验厂、清真/Halal认证、有机认证等
参与国际展会(In-Cosmetics、SupplySide West等)及线上推广
任职资格 本科及以上学历,国际贸易、生物、化工、英语等相关专业,理解发酵原料的基本技术参数,能与海外客户技术沟通
2年以上原料/化工/医药类外贸经验
熟悉国际贸易术语、信用证操作、出口单证流程
英语听说读写流利,能独立完成商务谈判、邮件、合同
具备“外购+自产”灵活供应的思维,不因产能限制丢失订单
有海外展会参展经验或客户资源者优先

1. Overseas Customer Development Expand overseas customers through trade shows, B2B platforms (Alibaba, Made-in-China), LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
Target customer types: overseas cosmetic/dietary supplement manufacturers, OEMs, raw material distributors, and R&D procurement from brand owners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
2. Trade Channel Development Develop overseas regional distributors, national distributors, and industry traders.
Assist distributors with localized promotion (provide COA, MSDS, technical packages, samples).
Maintain distributor pricing systems and market order.
3. Export Full-Process Management Responsible for quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Letter of Credit (LC) review, customs declaration, customs clearance, and international logistics coordination.
Handle export documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Test Reports, etc.).
Control exchange rate risks and trade term risks.
4. Supply Chain Coordination When in-house production capacity is insufficient, collaborate with the procurement department to screen externally purchased raw materials that meet export standards.
Ensure externally purchased raw materials comply with destination country regulations (e.g., EU EC, US FDA, ASEAN, etc.).
Cooperate with Quality Control to issue bilingual (Chinese/English) third-party test reports.
5. International Reputation & Compliance Gather information on overseas competitors, international raw material trends, and regulatory updates (e.g., banned/restricted substance lists).
Assist the company with overseas customer factory audits, Halal certification, organic certification, etc.
Participate in international trade shows (In-Cosmetics, SupplySide West, etc.) and online promotions.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Biology, Chemical Engineering, English, or related fields.
Ability to understand basic technical parameters of fermented raw materials and communicate technically with overseas customers.
Minimum 2 years of foreign trade experience in raw materials, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
Familiar with international trade terms (Incoterms), Letter of Credit (LC) operations, and export documentation processes.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to independently handle business negotiations, emails, and contracts.
