蛋白工程细胞转染蛋白表达细胞培养 We are seeking a Senior Scientist to provide scientific and technical support for the TurboCHO expression platform,including TurboCHO cells, media, feed, transfection reagents, and related workflows.
This role will support customers andcommercial teams in product adoption, troubleshooting, technical training, and application development. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between customers, Sales/Marketing, Protein Science R&D, QC, and Manufacturing, helping ensure reliable product performance and continuous platform improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for TurboCHO products,including cell recovery, expansion, transient transfection, high-density culture, feeding, and protein expression.
Review customer experimental data and troubleshoot issues related to cell growth, viability, transfection efficiency, titer,metabolism, media appearance, and protocol execution.
Lead or support root-cause investigations for customer complaints and performance deviations; coordinate with R&D, QC, Manufacturing, and Quality as needed.
Develop and maintain technical materials, including protocols, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, application notes, and customer-response templates.
Generate internal benchmark and application data for TurboCHO Pro/Prime cells and related reagents across representative expression conditions.
Support beta testing, product-launch activities, external validation studies, and customer training.
Collect and analyze field feedback to identify recurring issues, product-use risks, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in technical customer meetings, including remote and onsite support when required.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Protein Science, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in mammalian cell culture, CHO transient expression, recombinant protein production, bioprocess development, or technical applications support.
Strong hands-on experience with CHO cell culture, transient transfection, and recombinant protein expression.
Familiarity with key culture parameters, including VCD, viability, doubling time, glucose, lactate, osmolality, and titer.
Ability to perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using experimental data.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills; Chinese and/or Korean is a plus.
Customer-oriented, highly collaborative, and able to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both scientific and commercial audiences.
