职位描述
设备工程师生物/制药 1、负责工厂原液/制剂设备日常运行情况的检查、记录、考核以及维护保养等的管理工作；
2、根据GMP认证计划，负责组织建立关键设备的确认计划来推动验证工作，并起草确认方案、组织实施，以及对结论做合规性审核，保证设备设施的合规性；
3、编制年、季、月度工艺设备的预检计划、设备大中修计划，关键备品备件计划、润滑计划，建立健全设备管理制度、维护保养制度；
4、根据工厂发展或项目需要，协同上级制订新设备采购、投资计划，组织设备的选型和申购；
5、完成领导交办的其它临时性工作。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，化工机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、有药厂设备维护管理工作经验，有原液/无菌制剂药厂设备维护经验者优先；
3、熟悉工程机械构造原理，有一定工程机械故障处理经验、机械设计和机械维护经验，熟知设备保养、维修流程及规范和标准；
4、能够对工程机械设备进行维修维护及故障排除并能从事现场工作，熟练使用现代化办公软件、Auto CAD等制图软件、办公设备。
5、具有较强的执行力，能快速处理系统突发事件，工作认真负责、具备一定的抗压能力和沟通能力。
