职责描述:
In order to aligning with company strategy and department training requirement. Develop, design and deliver training program, manage training resource, evaluate and report course effectiveness as well as maintain training record. Support manager for talent development programs, promotion event, performance management campaign and other projects assigned.
1. Annual Training Plan initiate and implement: In take new training course offerings and gather and document all elements including the
course objectives, pricing, material requirements, set-up instructions, etc.
2. Establish and improve the talent development program, carry out the talent development project design;
3. Implement China Performance Review,Cadre Building,Talent Review & Follow up;
4. Monitors and evaluates training efficiency,Provides Month training reports
5. Enhance employee culture awareness.Design and manage projects to improve employees’ engagement.
6. Beijing office Residence Work Permit / Documents Managerment
任职要求:
1.At least 5 years of training and development experiences
2. Independently facilitate training programm from training needs identify to finish training and report out.
3. Has the experience of talent management and performance management.
4. Pharmaceutical industry will be a definite advantage.
5. Good communication, interpersonal coordination skills
6. Self-motivated, result-driven, fast learner, and open-minded. Able to work under pressure.
7. Team working spirit
8. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
