•ContributetotheClinicalSynopsis/Protocol,andpartiallyClinicalDevelopmentPlanwithsupportfromCMO

•Medicalmonitoring–answeringdaytodaymedicalandscientificquestions,providedailymedicalsupporttoSINOMABstafforsite(investigator/studycoordinator)

•Reviewandsignoffadverseeventsreportsforaccuracyandclinicalimportance,relationshiptothestudydrugaswellasforseverityandseriousness;providereportstoEuropeanRegulatoryAuthorities,FDAorotherregulatoryagencies;providesponsorswithperiodicexperiencereportssummarizingadverseeventsasrequiredbythesponsororauthorities

•ProvidesupportinpreparationofPeriodicSafetyUpdateReports(PSURs)•ProvidemedicalinputintoPharmacovigilanceworkflowsandprojectsasrequired.

•ReviewandsignoffDataManagementlistingsofsafetydata(includingadverseevents,laboratorydata,vitalsignsdata,medicalhistory,physicalexamination,concomitantmedication),establishthepresenceorabsenceofclinicallymeaningfultrendsand,ifnoted,followupasappropriatewiththeprojectteam,sponsor,investigator,andRegulatoryAuthorities

•ReviewandsignofftechnicaldocumentswrittenbySINOMABwithrespecttomedicallyrelevantmatterswithparticularattentiontothoserelatingtodrugsafety

•Reviewcodingofadverseeventsandconcomitantmedicationsforaccuracyandconsistency

•Providesupportforthepreparationofclinicalprotocols,integratedclinicalandstatisticalsummaryreports,journalarticles,andotherdocumentsforclients/sponsorsinconjunctionwithclients/sponsorsorinconjunctionwithotherSINOMABdepartments

•Attendandpresentmaterial(suchastherapeuticareatraining)asrequested,atinternalandexternalmeetings(e.g.investigatormeetings)

•ProvideinputasnecessarytoFeasibilityStudies,DataMonitoringCommittees(DMCs)

•Maintainup-to-dateknowledgeoftherapeuticareaexpertisebyattendingProfessionalSocietyMeetings

•Providesupportformarketingactivitiesasrequested

•Providemedicalexpertisetoclientascontracted

•ProvidemedicalexpertiseandtrainingtootherSINOMABpersonnel,asrequired

•Maintainacurrentmedicallicense.

Education
