药物化学人员（副研究员或研究员）

岗位职责

1.承担新药研发项目，开发新型靶向药物；

2.与计算化学、生物学的同事合作，进行药物先导化合物的发现与优化；
3.优化先导化合物的活性、选择性以及药代动力学特性等；
4.采用科学的方法进行药物化学数据分析；
5.开发新的化学技术，提高药物发现的效率。

应聘条件

1.药物化学、有机化学等相关专业，博士学位，5年以上新药研发工作经验；
2.在优化化合物药效活性、选择性、ADME以及PK等方面具有经验；
3.熟悉常用的分析仪器，包括液相色谱，液质联用仪和NMR以及化合物纯化设备；
4.精通各类有机合成反应，熟练掌握化合物分离、纯化的技能；
5.有高度的责任心和上进心，具有良好的组织协调能力与团队协作精神；具备团队管理的能力；
6.具有熟练的英文阅读、写作和口头交流能力。

Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead a small chemistry team to apply medicinal chemistry efforts supporting novel drug discovery programs
Lead multidisciplinary project teams advancing from target ID/validation to the delivery pre-clinical candidates
Design drug-like molecules with efficient synthetic strategies utilizing current medicinal chemistry knowledge and design tools
Present data, project progress and strategy to BayRay management and other stakeholders
Support department head in budget planning and coordinate in-house teams with and external resources in contract research organizations (CROs)
Contribute to patent strategy and draft patents timely
 
Requirements
Ph.D. in synthetic organic, medicinal or computational chemistry with 6+ years of small molecule drug discovery experience (pharma, biotech or CRO)
Track record of success in multidisciplinary research environments
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirits
Deep knowledge in organic chemistry or computational chemistry, particularly in applications to drug discovery
Working knowledge of current medicinal chemistry approaches and an understanding of ADME, pharmacokinetics and physicochemical properties
