  职责描述：
As a member of the R&D Leadership Team, directly report to the Biological director. He/She will play a leadership role working in a team-environment towards the discovery of innovative drugs.
作为研发领导团队的一员，直接向生物总监汇报。他/她将在团队中发挥领导作用，致力于创新药物的发现。

Essential Functions of the Job
工作职责：
1.Experimental research related to disease biology, including establishing disease-related models, discovering and verifying new targets, evaluating and screening drug candidate compounds, combined with clinical requirements, exploring the indication expansion of drug candidate molecules and drug combination schemes, etc.
负责疾病生物学相关的实验研究，包括疾病相关模型建立，新靶点验证和发现，评价和 筛选候选化合物，结合临床需要，探索候选药物分子的适应症拓展和联合用药方案等
2.Activity screening of new drugs for small molecule or macromolecule projects and the study of pharmacological efficacy in vitro.;
小分子或大分子新药活性筛选及体外药理药效作用研究
3.Biological research of the project, including investigation, experimental design and implementation, project data organization, data analysis and report.
负责生物学项目研究，包括调研、实验设计与实施、项目数据组织、数据分析与报告
4.Work closely with preclinical and clinical teams, support IND application, drug combination, indication expansion exploration and clinical trial of pipeline project from the perspective of biological mechanism.
与临床前、临床团队紧密合作，从生物学机制的角度支持IND申报、联合用药、适应症拓展的探索和管线项目的临床研究。
5.Cooperate with external CRO companies or clinical institutions to carry out relevant experiments, push on clinical translational research.
与外部CRO公司或临床机构合作，开展相关实验，推动临床转化研究。

任职要求：
1.M.S or Ph.D in molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry and related majors.
硕士及以上学历，分子与细胞生物学、生物化学及相关专业。
2.Over 5 years working experience in biomedical industry. Previous experience in immune assay development and small-molecular drug discovery is highly  desired.
5年以上生物医药行业工作经验。有免疫分析开发和小分子药物开发经验者优先。
3.Familiar with relevant in vivo and in vitro models in the field of disease.
熟悉相关疾病领域的体内、体外模型。
4.Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams.
作为项目团队的一员具备独立的工作能力。
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力。
