Lead, manage and provide oversight to the Quality organization in Cheerland which includes all aspects of manufacturing, testing, release and supply from drug substance and drug product manufacturing site.
1. Provide direction and deliver on strategic initiatives endorsed by the executive leadership and board of directors. Establish supporting goals and objectives for the site specific Quality units.
2. Ensure supply to patients from a make-assess-release of products point to a sustained long-term quality and compliance culture in accordance to company values.
3. Partner with the plant manager on representing the site to the executer leadership and at corporate level.
4. Be the primary quality contact and assist network collaborations at various levels enabling extrinsic harmonization.
5. Manage performance and development of the site's Quality organization to ensure achievement of corporate, organizational and department goals.
6. Direct staff and operations within Quality organization in accordance with cGMP and company standards.

4. 成为主要的质量联络人，并协助各个层次的网络协作，以实现外部协调。
5. 管理现场质量组织的绩效和发展，以确保公司、组织和部门目标的实现。
6. 根据cGMP和公司标准指导质量部门的员工和操作。

  1. 20+ years for experience in Quality with experience in leading and heading Quality organization in this industry.
2. Either needs to be a QP or is willing to be a QP for the site ( which can be after a training provided by province is taken)
3. Bachelor or Master in relevant discipline i.e. Pharmaceutical mfg, Chem engineering, Biomedical engineering etc.
4. Dual language or Bi-lingual is a plus.

1. 20年以上知名药企药品质量管理工作经验，特别优秀者可放宽至15年。
2. 需要成为质量授权人或愿意成为上海地区的质量授权人(可以提供培训)。
3. 医药制造、化学工程、生物医学工程等相关专业本科或硕士毕业。
4. 中英文双语熟练者优先考虑。  

  1. 需要跨过公司或者外资背景，英语无障碍交流，过往经历可以是做QA或者审计方面的工作，但是要全面（QP、MFG、testing、DS/DP）。
2. 如果工作年限不满20年，15年以上的话，需要有其他亮眼的地方，例如除了生物医药方面之外的能力，如预算管理能力，医药制造工厂管理能力、0-1搭建上海地区质量体系等等。
3. 英文简历的话，主要细节，纯机器翻译的话，很容易看出有问题，注意拼写方面的。
