职位描述

Job responsibility:
1.Oversee a group of technical personnel that responsible for technique conduction of preclinical in vivo studies under supervision. Ensure all studies are in compliance with all protocols, procedures, animal welfare, IACUC regulations and company policies.
2.Good recording and archiving ability. Prepare and present technical information and high-quality data package appropriate for assigned studies.
3.Highly organized and capable of managing in vivo study priorities, including communicating with line managers to establish appropriate timelines for each study depending on urgency and resource constraints. Organize and distribute workload within the group to achieve highly productive, efficient and cooperative working atmosphere.
4.Focus on thinking for data interpretation, quality control and select appropriate resources for issue solving.
5.Proficient in establishment of multiple orthotopic/ectopic tumor transplantation models and autoimmune disease models.
6.Proficient in mastering comprehensive animal study skills covering whole process of in-life study. Support the implementation, optimization and landing of technic skills.
7.Participate in development of SOPs, policies and guidelines in compliance with animal care and use protocol, IACUC and EH&S
8.Coordinate and manage lab operational activities.
9.Accomplish other work assigned timely and effectively.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor or Master degree with major of biology, immunology, pharmacology or related.
2.Master degree with 5+ years or Bachelor degree with 8+ years industry experience in in-vivo pharmacology or animal study related.
3.Proficient in animal experiment technical skills and knowledge of tumor and autoimmune disease model development.
4.Aptitude for learning and implementing new techniques.
5.A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; with a proven ability to priorities and manage tasks simultaneously.
6.Proficient in teamwork management and work co-operatively.
7.Adept in the use of management tools for mapping and executing complex experiments and projects.
8.Demonstrated good ability of self-improvement and innovation. Good writing and verbal communication skills.
9.Ability to understand and communicate scientific information; proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations, graphic displays, and tables.
10.Good English writing and reading ability.
