  The open position, a Director/Senior Director of Analytical Sciences, is located at Hangzhou, China, to support the end-to-end services for new modalities. This position is a leadership position requiring a balanced approach/skill in developing, validating and using advanced analytical methodologies while working in a collaborative manner with peers across other technical groups.

1. Lead or supervise Directors/Associate Directors/Assistant Directors/Group leaders/Senior scientists etc to develop analytical methods, including but not limited to biophysical, biochemical, molecular, compendial as well as biological assays (HPLC/UPLC, CE, LC-MS, NGS, qPCR, SDS-PAGE, immunoassay, nucleic acid-based, cell based assay etc.), in support of various modalities (such as pDNA, mRNA, LNP, enzyme, VLP, recombinant protein), including method development, qualification/validation, troubleshooting, transfer to QC lab and collaboration with partner organizations.
2. Work closely with BD/PM/CMC teams to interact with domestic and international clients including capability introduction, proposal, technical discussion, and project updates.
3. Supervise/mentor junior/senior group members on experimental design, data interpretation and troubleshooting. Establish an efficient and effective training system for new group members from analytical lab skills to compliance and data integrity.
4. Development talent, inspire innovation and operational excellence and foster a continuous learning environment.
5. Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team members in technique, project goals and results discussion.
6. Draft and review of relevant CMC sections that support regulatory filings including INDs and BLAs.
7. Maintain necessary documentation in accordance with company SOPs and GMP guidelines
8. Experience with work breakdown structure (WBS) is a plus.任职要求1. Ph.D. or M.S. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, or related scientific discipline, 8+ years（Ph.D.) or 10+ years(M.S.) relevant experience is required.
2. Extensive hands-on experiences in analytical technologies, including industrial experiences in the development, troubleshooting and validation of analytical methods for CMC supporting.
3. Experience in biochemical and physicochemical characterization of therapeutics protein or other biological product portfolio.
4. Proven technical writing skills demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications in professional journals.
5. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Chinese. Self-motivated and organized.
