Scientist with automation/High-throughput experience

Responsibility: work with Head of Automated Strain Engineering to build Cataya’s automated DNA and Strain construction pipeline, work with Head of High-throughput screening to develop 96-well plate-based plate models and assays. This role will grow into a leadership role in these groups.

Required:

·>1 year industry experience with high-throughput methods and laboratory automation.

·Proficiency with modern methods of multi-component DNA assembly and cloning. Strong molecular biology skills

·Experience developing and optimizing method or protocol for high-throughput workflow, such as DNA assembly, in vitro HTP assay, antibody display libraries, NGS prep, biochemical and cell-based assays.

·Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields

Strongly Preferred

·Knowledge and working experience with CRISPR genome engineering

·Knowledge of metabolic engineering or enzyme engineering

·Working knowledge of statistical data analysis and quality control

·Experience leading project or teams

 基本要求：

·细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、化学工程或相关领域的博士学位

·具有高通量方法和实验室自动化的>1年行业经验。

·熟练掌握现代多组分DNA组装和克隆的方法。具备很强的分子生物学技能。

·具有开发和优化高通量工作流程（如DNA组装、体外高通量测定、抗体展示文库、NGS制备、生化和细胞测定）的经验。

其他优先方向：

·了解并具有CRISPR基因组工程的知识和工作经验

·了解代谢工程或酶工程

·有统计数据分析和数据质量控制的知识和经验

·有领导项目或团队经验
