Job Description

1、Lead the R&D team, formulate and implement innovative R&D strategies and

promote the development of the company's service.

2、Responsible for the development and improvement of linear mRNA platform to

ensure that service and report meet the internal and external quality and innovation

standards.

3、Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of

R&D projects.

4、Ensure the compliance of the R&D process, including compliance with relevant

regulations and safety standards.

5、Continue to track the latest trends and technological advances in the industry and

propose improvements.

6、Manage R&D budget to ensure effective use of resources.

7、Guide the training and development of team members to ensure the team’s technical

level and innovation capabilities. 

工作职责：

1、领导 R&D 团队，制定并实施创新的 R&D 战略，促进公司服务的发展。  

2、负责线性 mRNA 平台的开发和改进，确保服务和报告符合内外部质量和创新标准。

3、协调内部团队和外部合作伙伴，确保 R&D 项目的顺利进行。

4、确保遵守 R&D 进程，包括相关法规和安全标准。

5、继续跟踪行业的最新趋势和技术进步，并提出改进建议。  

6、管理 R&D 预算，确保资源的有效利用。  

7、指导团队成员的培训和发展，确保团队的技术 水平和创新能力。

The Successful Applicant

1、PhD degree in biochemistry, organic chemistry, or related majors.

2、At least 10 years of R&D experience and more than 3 years of R&D management

experience.

3、Excellent R&D records in mRNA industry.

4、Have extensive project management experience and be able to effectively lead

cross-functional teams.

5、Excellent engagement and teamwork skills.

6、Have in-depth understanding of regulations and standards in the biotech and

biopharmaceutical industry.

7、Have problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.

8、Familiar with laboratory operations and related instruments and equipment.

1、生物化学、有机化学或相关专业的博士学位。  

2、至少 10 年 R&D 经验和 3 年以上研发管理经验。 l

3、mRNA 行业优秀的 R&D 记录。  

4、具有丰富的项目管理经验，能够有效领导跨职能团队。  

5、出色的参与和团队合作能力。  

6、深入了解生物技术和生物制药行业的法规和标准。  

7、具有解决问题的能力和创新思维。

8、熟悉实验室操作及相关仪器设备。
