我们是中国领先的CDMO公司，专门为Pre-IND和GMP制造提供病毒载体和mRNA定制服务，并希望将业务扩展到iPSC领域。成功的候选人将监督和管理AAV/路易威登R&D平台。该战略角色将直接向YXgene核心团队汇报。
工作说明
1、负责成功的AAV/LV流程开发和优化。
2、推动创新、技术开发和平台改进，以提高病毒载体的生产率、质量、一致性并降低制造成本。
3、执行研究时间表以满足项目和公司目标。
4、具有支持AAV/左心室药物从临床前到商业化的CMC流程的实践经验者优先。了解CDE和FDA CMC监管要求
5、为跨职能团队做出强有力的战略和技术贡献。
6、与内部跨职能团队成员合作，促进技术评估、技术转让和IND归档。
7、确定、联络和合作外部利益相关者，包括行业客户、临床专家和监管官员。
8、精简团队管理并培养团队能力。
9、在科学会议上推动研究出版物。
10、如有必要，将分配其他任务。
成功的申请人
1、病毒学、细胞生物学、免疫学、基因工程或相关学科的博士学位。需要在一种或多种病毒载体（包括慢病毒和腺相关病毒（AAV））方面具有深厚的生物学专业知识。
2、5年以上的行业研究经验，在AAV/LV药物开发方面有良好的记录。3年以上R&D人事管理和团队领导经验。
3、需要在生物制药行业或生物技术领域具有丰富的经验，并在纯化工艺和制剂开发方面具有丰富的理论和实践知识。
4、需要有基因治疗工艺开发的经验。
5、优秀的中英文沟通能力、注重细节的组织能力和团队协作能力。
6、需要很强的编辑数据、报告数据和向管理层提交调查结果的能力。
7、能够在快节奏的环境中管理优先级并做出决策，以确保及时实现交付成果。
8、与监管机构和cro合作和联络的经验。
9、自我激励和团队导向，具有优秀的沟通技巧、解决问题的技巧和领导能力。

Chief Scientist of Viral Vector R&D Team
We're a China leading CDMO specializing in Viral Vectors and mRNA custom service for Pre-IND and GMP manufacturing who are looking to expand business to iPSC segment.The successful candidate will oversee and manage AAV/LV R&D platform. This strategic role will report to YXgene core team directly.
Job Description
1、Responsible for successful AAV/LV process development and optimization.
2、Drive innovation, technology development and platform improvement to enhance viral vector productivity, quality, consistency, and manufacturing cost reduction.
3、Execute research timelines to meet program and corporate objectives.
4、Hands on experience in supporting CMC process for AAV/LV drugs from pre-clinical to commercial is preferred. Knowledge of CDE and FDA CMC regulatory requirements
5、Make strong strategic and technical contributions to cross functional teams.
6、Partner with internal cross-functional team members to facilitate technical assessment, technical transfer, and IND filing.
7、 Identify, liaise, and cooperate with external stakeholders, including industry clients, clinical experts, and regulatory officers.
8、Streamline the team management and build the team competency.
9、Drive study publications at scientific meetings.
10、Other duties will be assigned, as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
1、Ph.D. in Virology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Genetic Engineering, or related discipline. Deep biological expertise in one or more viral vectors, including lentivirus and adeno-associated virus (AAV), is required.
2、5+ years of research experience in industry with a strong track record in AAV/LV drug development. 3+years of R&D people management and team leading role.
3、Extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or biotechnology with a purification process development role and an excellent understanding of the theory and practice of purification process and formulation development is required.
4、 Experience of process development in gene therapy is required.
5、Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese, detail-oriented organization skills, and team collaboration skills.
6、Strong ability to edit data, report data, present findings to management is required.
7、Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment to make sure deliverables are achieved in a timely fashion.
8、 Experience in cooperating and liaising with regulatory agencies and CROs.
9、 Self-starting and team-oriented with excellent communication skills,problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
10、 Good business acumen, excelled in business analytics and valuation methodologies.
11、 Occasional domestic or international travel required.
