我们是中国领先的CDMO公司，专门为Pre-IND和GMP制造提供病毒载体和mRNA定制服务，并希望将业务扩展到iPSC领域。成功的候选人将监督和管理iPSC-mRNA R&D平台。该战略角色将直接向YXgene核心团队汇报。
工作说明
1、管理客户的临床前iPSC-mRNA R&D项目，并带领团队建立客户干细胞诱导和库的开发。
2、具有支持药物从临床前到商业化的CMC流程的实践经验者优先。了解CDE和FDA CMC监管要求
3、确定、联络和合作外部利益相关者，包括干细胞治疗客户和监管官员。
4、与学术机构和海外商业伙伴建立和维护强大的网络。
5、招募人才，简化团队管理，培养团队能力。
6、在科学会议上推动研究出版物。
成功的申请人
1、干细胞、重编程、再分化、病毒学、神经生物学等专业博士学位。
2、5年以上的行业研究经验，在iPSC开发方面有良好的记录。
3、3年以上R&D人事管理和团队领导经验。
4、与监管机构和cro合作和联络的经验。
5、自我激励和团队导向，具有优秀的沟通技巧、解决问题的技巧和领导能力。
6、良好的商业头脑，擅长商业分析和估值方法。

Chief Scientist of iPSC R&D Team
We're a China leading CDMO specializing in Viral Vectors and mRNA custom service for Pre-IND and GMP manufacturing who are looking to expand business to iPSC segment.The successful candidate will oversee and manage iPSC-mRNA R&D platform. This strategic role will report to YXgene core team directly.
Job Description
1、Manage clients’ preclinical iPSC-mRNA R&D projects and lead the team to establish the development for clients’ stem cells induction and librarying.
2、Hands on experience in supporting CMC process for drugs from pre-clinical to commercial is preferred. Knowledge of CDE and FDA CMC regulatory requirements
3、 Identify, liaise, and cooperate with external stakeholders, including stem cell therapy clients and regulatory officers.
4、 Establish and maintain strong networks with academic institutions and overseas business partners.
5、 Recruit the talent, streamline the team management, and build the team competency.
6、 Drive study publications at scientific meetings.The Successful Applicant
1、 PhD degree in majors such as stem cell, reprogramming, re-differentiation,
virology, neurobiology, etc.
2、5+ years of research experience in industry with a strong track record in iPSCdevelopment.
3、3+years of R&D people management and team leading role.
4、 Experience in cooperating and liaising with regulatory agencies and CROs.
5、 Self-starting and team-oriented with excellent communication skills,problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
6、 Good business acumen, excelled in business analytics and valuation methodologies.
