PositionSummary:
WeareseekingadynamicandexperiencedHeadofPreclinicalPharmacologytoleadourpharmacologyteaminBoston.Thispivotalroleinvolvesoverseeingallpharmacologyoperations,drivingstrategicinitiatives,andensuringalignmentofpreclinicalactivitieswithourcorporateobjectives.
JobResponsibilities:
·LeadandmanagethepreclinicalpharmacologyteamlocatedinBoston,ensuringeffectivecollaborationandhighperformanceinteam.
·Developandimplementglobalstrategiesforpreclinicalresearch,aligningthemwiththecompany’sgoalsandregulatoryrequirements.
·Overseethedesign,execution,andanalysisofpharmacologystudies,ensuringtheyareconductedefficiently,complywithregulatorystandards,andmeetclientexpectations.
·Serveasakeyliaisonbetweenthecompanyandclients,communicatingprojectprogressandaddressinganyissuesthatarise.
·Fosteracultureofinnovationwithintheteambyincorporatingadvancedtechnologiesandmethodologiesinpreclinicalresearch.
·Managebudgets,resources,andtimelinesacrossmultipleprojects,ensuringoptimalallocationandutilization.
·Ensuretheprofessionalgrowthanddevelopmentofteammembersthroughmentoring,training,andperformanceevaluations.
·TravelfrequentlybetweenBostonandBeijingtooverseeoperationsandmaintainseamlessintegrationoftheteams.
RequiredSkillsandExperience:
·Advanceddegree(PhDpreferred)inImmunology,Pharmacology,Toxicology,orarelatedfield.
·Minimumof10yearsofexperienceinpreclinicalpharmacologywithinaCROorpharmaceuticalindustry,withatleast5yearsinaleadershiprole.
·Proventrackrecordofleadinginternationalteamsandmanagingcross-functionalprojects.
·Strongunderstandingofthedrugdevelopmentprocess,includingregulatoryrequirementsandindustrystandards.
·Excellentcommunication,organizational,andinterpersonalskills.
·Abilitytotravelinternationallyasrequired.
