Responsibilities:
Make sure all processes/activities in this category are fully compliant to GMP, GIA, S404 requirements and company policyContribute the good reputation and maximum benefit for company Work closely with end users to understand their needs, expectation and manage stakeholders well Ensure Suppliers’ qualification who supply to AZFollow Regulations(GMP, GSP, Labor law etc) in daily purchasing activities Forecast and demand management Make sure meeting AZ CR requirement in supplier sourcing & selectionSHE requirements are fully implemented in site serviceResearch and analyze marketing intelligence to set up potential supplier database and ensure AZ have the enough procurement power during negotiation Well understand supply market of materials used for production Monitor supplier’s performance to ensure the good performance delivered Annual contract & price review with key suppliers Meet with key suppliers on a regular basis, find improvement opportunitiesUse procurement network outside AZ Networking with global category team Work with end user to improve service qualitySupplier PE for the key business Achieve individual targets and KPIs Cost saving contribution for target Marketing intelligence Sharing Regular BCP & BRM for business awareness and analysis Value added service for end user capability lift up Register the supplier information to Hiperos Cooperate the site audit by 3rd party , coordinate the issue salutation Track the system issue log , push the business aheadSupport the new business developmentStakeholder and supplier collaboration Lead relevant projects for value delivery Follow with open GR/IR , timely track the exception issue, Clear the overdue payment Monthly summary and feedback to APBS Requirements:
At least college education. Major of business or trade is preferential 5+ years for purchasing engineer with complex categories management skill Good personality and responsibility Fluent in spoken and written English MS office including Word, Excel, PowerpointSAP is preferred Project leadership capability Good communication skill Team work Market Intelligence: Understand latest market situation and implement in daily procurement activityBasic GMP&GSP knowledge Fast learning on GMP&GSP to identify the improvement area to meet compliance requirements Basic Finance knowledge: To identify potential supplier risk and meanwhile to deliver value by understand supplier cost/quotation background
