职位描述

Participate in cross-functional project teams in the development, optimization, transfer and validation of design projects;Act as project lead for routine projects;
Coordinate with other functions to complete tasks as defined in project plan;
Contact with suppliers for technical details and resolving technical problems;
Plan and executes design verification and validations;
Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of research and development in accordance with quality system requirements;
Prepare verification and validation protocols of new materials/tubes/components;
Prepare reports detailing procedures, test methods, data analysis, results and conclusions of all work;
Conduct risk management activities within projects such as FMEA;
Conduct investigations to determine root cause failure modes and analyse product complaints;
Other duties and tasks as required.


Qualifications:

Education background教育背景:
A Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent qualification(s)/experience
Work experience工作经验:
3-5 or more year’s industry experience in medical device, or related industries,
Competence and skills技能技巧:
Experience in all phases of product development including design, implementation, verification, validation, and transfer to manufacturing;
Experience in quality management processes governing medical devices, including design control and risk management;
Experience in plastic materials physics and chemistry, including polyvinyl chloride and polymer desirable;
Experience in plastic molding process and extrusion process desirable;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Attention to detail and ability to independently seek out information with minimal supervision;
Able to work in an environment that involves change, risk and flexibility;
Good spoken and written Chinese and Engli**********************
