Job content工作内容描述：
Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
Mainly responsible for the operation/maintenance and management of factory building/facilities, included building infrastructure (building facilities, firefighting facilities, security facilities, road, CCTV etc.), and special equipment (pressure vessels, elevators, lifting equipment); responsible for the management of building upgrading projects, plant drawing management and site level project support. The work of facility focuses on the factory environment, building and office environment.

Lead, manage and participate facility projects.

-Lead and manage facility owned projects including AP close down maintenance project, lab area relevant project, warehouse area relevant project, facility owned system improvement project, GxP related critical system validation and re-validation project, etc., including the design, prepare change control and get approval, presentation and get approval on PPM meeting, prepare requirement, bidding, prepare contract, implementation, construction permit application and get approval, site inspection and process control, contractor management, acceptance and hand over. 带领和管理厂务部门项目，包括无菌生产停产维护项目、实验室相关项目、仓库相关项目、厂务系统改进项目、GxP相关重要系统验证及再验证项目等, 包括设计，编制变更控制并在PPM会议上获得批准、演示和批准，编制要求、投标、编制合同、实施、施工许可证申请和批准、现场检查和过程控制、承包商管理、验收和移交。
-Support on other areas project as facility package owner, security system owner, facility owned validation/GXP/critical system owner to give input and take the relevant responsible of quality action owner.

Lead and perform building/facility/equipment maintenance work.

-Lead and manage system maintenance work including security system, monitoring system, door access system, alarm system, etc.

-Establish and improve facility maintenance standards, processes/procedures and system.

-Lead and manage GxP related critical system maintenance work including lock systems, video monitor systems, etc. Key areas including production areas, QC lab areas, warehouse and cold room area, etc.

-Lead on the difficult problem solving on facility maintenance.

Take the responsibility of quality control within facility area:

-Ensure global SOP and GMP requirements implementation.

-Train other engineers on process knowledge, coach on compliance. Identify compliance gaps in responsible process. Share findings and new regulation requirement.

-Review NC/CR, give inputs, finish all related actions on time.
