PositionSummary:
Managesandco-ordinatesalltechnicalandserviceaspectsofaproject.Thiswillrangefrominitialdiscussionswithclients,developmentoftheprojectspecifications,documentationaspectsofsettinguptheprojectandmanagementofallprojectrelatedactivitiesthroughtoproject/studycompletion.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.AssessmentofclinicalprotocolandotherclientsuppliedstudyspecificationsinconjunctionwithProposalsGroup,FACTSTechnicalGroup,ClinicalSupplies,OperationsandProcurementtohelpdesignSupplyChainsolutionstomeettheneedsofthetrial.ProvisionofdataandtechnicalinputtotheProposalsgrouptohelptheminthecreationofproposals.
2.Workingwiththeinternalstakeholdersandorclienttofinalizelogisticsrequirements.ThismayincludeProjectmeetingsattheclientsiteoratFisher.
3.Coordinationandcommunicationofallrelevantactivities,bothinternalandexternaltoensurethatallservicesandproductsarereadyforthestartofthestudyorasrequiredbytheclient.
4.Overallresponsibilityforensuringthatactivitiescometogetherinatimelymannertomeettheclientandstudyrequirements.
5.Useofappropriateprojectplanningtoolse.g.MicrosoftProjecttocommunicatemilestonesandcriticalpathactivitiesandresponsibilities.
6.Timelyprovisionofreportsandotherinformationtoclientsandinternalteam.
7.Organizationanddeliveryoftraining,includingcrosstrainingofothermembersofFisherwhereappropriate.
8.ProvideinputintothewritingandreviewofdepartmentalSOP’s.
9.Participationinclientmeetings/bidsupportmeetings/teleconferences,whereappropriate.
10.Writingofdocumentationforthecontrolofpackagingoperations
11.WorkwithSchedulingtooptimizetheproductionofclinicalsupplies–balancingtheclientrequirementswithbestuseofavailableproductioncapacity
12.TooverseedaytodayoperationandlabelingandsecondaryrepackagingteamtoensureallprocessesarecomplianttoqualityandSOPstandard.
13.Managestheordering,replenishmentanddeliveryofpackagingmaterials.
14.Workingcloselyandsupportprocurementdepartmenttoformulateandmeetingpurchasingneeds.
15.Workingcloselywithfinanceandclientservicedepartmenttosupportmonthlyinvoicing.
16.Hasnoauthorityinmakinganyfinancialdecision.



MinimumRequirements/Qualifications:
Education:BachelorDegreeorequivalent
YearsofExperience:
1.Relevantexperienceofclinicaltrialandclinicaltrialpackaging,preferablytoincludehandlingcomplexprotocols,keyclientsandbusinessobjectives.
2.Understandingoflogisticalcountriesrequirements.
3.Flexibleandadaptablewithstrongcustomermanagementskills.
4.Abletoanalyzeproblemsanddefinesolutions.
5.Abletoworkunderpressureandtosupportotherswithinteam.
6.Thepostholderneedstohavegoodorganizational,verbal,writtenandnumericalskills
