Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the demand planning of HP China business with fully compliance to local regulation and coorporate policy. As key contact person betw4een customer and supplier for imported finished goods, to coordinate, organzie and manage physical and information flows between all involved parties to ensure sufficient supply to the market with balanced resource and target performance level.
1. Demand Planning & Importation
Responsible for demand planning of assigned product brands and SKUs. Manage replenishment plan with local business and oversea supply network, factories, CMOs and global functions.Manage and cooridinate suppliers and global supply chain to timely provide the valid shipping and importation documents for custom clearance and local distribution.Handle issues in case of document erros, shipment delays, supply interruptions, and other matters which will potentially impact supply and local inventory. Act as contact window with 3PL warehouse and importer/distributor for goods arrival, version changes and other demand related matters. 2. Product Launch and Changes
Update launch/change information with input from Product Review, S&OP meetings, and suppliers. Coordiate local functions and manage new version information flow.3. System
Be key users of necessary Supply Chain systems. Able to handle system issues and contact global teams for support if necessary.Local contact responsible to create BIX@complaint for logistics incident and technical refunding. Manage ordering in BIX@, GRP and other global system platforms for assigned non-commericial goods such like other delivery.4. S&OP facilitator
Arrange and provide administrative support for local S&OP monthly cycleResponsible for data collection, KPI reporting and prepration activities leading up to local demand review, supply review and S&OP meeting.5. Other assingment from managers.

Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor or above,
Major: Not specified.
Required skills:
At least 2 years experience in Supply Chain management. Proved solid knowledge and competency in demand planning areas.Knowledge/Experience of inventory managemet, importation process, 3PL, and operations. Familiarity with custom regulation and bonded trading is a plus.Excellent analytical capabilities with Microsoft office softwares, SAP, and other digital platforms. Fluent in English as a working language.Background in pharmaceutical industry, or related areas is a pl********************
