工作职责：
?AtthedirectionoftheRegionalEHSLeadersupportalignmentacrossinternalfacilities,otherenablingfunctionsandthewidercorporate/PGSEHSprogram.
?EnsureriskswithininternalfacilitiesareidentifiedandunderstoodthroughutilizationoftoolssuchastheSiteOperatingRiskmodelandrisksreducedalignedwithOperatingRiskEvaluation/Reviewprocesses.
?Utilizingprioritizationtools,ensureriskswithinkeyexternalsupplyoperationsareidentifiedandunderstoodthroughcompletionofEHSReviewsandrisksarereducedthroughcompletionofagreedactionplans.
?Providesupportandtraining,withparticularfocusoninternalfacilitieswithlimitedEHSresourceandelevatedriskexternalsupplysitestomaintainorimproveperformance.
?WorkwithinamatrixstructurethatmanagesregionallyandreportsbyOperatingUnit.
?MonitorinternalfacilityEHSandsiteresources,capability,organization,leadershipcapability.
?SupportinternalsiteswithdevelopmentplanningforEHSresources.
?EnableEHScollaborationacrossfacilitiesandfunctionstodriveinnovationandriskreduction.
?FacilitateseffectivecommunicationandreplicationwithinPGSoperations.
?ProvideindependentcounseltoEHSandsiteleadersonpotentialoractualeventsorchangesthatimpactEHSperformance.


任职资格：
?UndergraduateDegreeinChemicalorEnvironmentalEngineering/Sciences/Management,HealthandSafety,RiskManagementorarelatedfield.
?Minimum7to10yearsrelevantexperienceinchemical,biologicalordrugproductmanufacturing.
?ExperienceinabroadrangeofEHSdisciplines.
?Expertinoneofthefollowingsubjectsbeneficial;processsafety,wastewateroperations,industrialhygiene,chemicalregistrations.
?Riskassessment/riskmanagementknowledgewiththeabilitytoexplainriskprofilesandassociatedriskmitigationpractices,thereforeinfluencingotherstocomply.
?Activemembershipinatleastonerelevantprofessionalbody.
?Goodoral,writtenandinterpersonalcommunicationsskillsandtheabilitytoworkacrossmultiplecountriesandcultures.
?Abilitytoinfluencestakeholderstogainalignmentandcommitment.
?AbilitytoquicklyassessEHSrisksandconsiderbusinessimplications.
