职位描述
Task:
The job holder provides leadership and coordination for HR Business
Partner activities of GD Beijing/ PAMA in China. He/she is familiar
with the key HR processes and functions and ensures that these are
taken into account at the local level as far as possible.He/she is
responsible to:
-ensure the implementation and application of agreed upon HR
directives,policies,processes,systems and programmes throughout the
relevant functions in China.
- Provide strategic talent and organisational support to meet business
growth requirement.
- Develop Talent Management strategy together with business managers to
ensure right talents to have right development approach; monitor talent
pipleline to supply business growth.
- Manage labour law/litigation in colse collaboration with the labor
lawyer ensuring adherence the applicable laws and Company rules.
- Execute compliance sanctions together with business leaders in
coordination with corporate auditors, compliance and legal departments.
- Support organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions
and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business as
required from the HR perspective.
-Support business managers to implement performance management
programs to build up high performance team.
- Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific
individual HR issues; e.g.disciplinary actions, performance issues.
Requirement:
Education:
- A university degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on
Human Resources;
- English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written
form.
Skills/experiences:
- 6+ years working experience in HR field, preferably in a generalist
role
- Experience and proven track record in working across the core HR
functions
- Sufficient employee relation handling experience and be very familiar
to Labor Law and local practices
- Communications strategy and massaging skills with the ability to
build long term partnerships with internal management and staff
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project and corresponding change
management;
- Can work under pressure.
- Take a strong stand with management if required.
